1. The cylinder of the pre expander machine feeds steam from the bottom. Each time steam is injected into the chamber, it can be controlled at different stages, which greatly reduces the cycle time of the machine, greatly improve the quality of finished products.

2. It is equipped with screw feeding conveyor and electric weighing system and material level control system to control density.

3. The pressure reducing valve provides stable steam pressure. Generally, the most ideal steam pressure should be adjusted within the range of 0.6~0.8MPa.

5. The feeding and discharging doors are equipped with blow holes to remove the residual raw materials and prevent caking.

6. The vibrating screen and motor replace the traditional mixing rod, reducing the damage to raw materials caused by mechanical power.

7. The PLC and touch screen can timely adjust the parameters of the process control.
