4.Reasonable cooling pipeline system, fast cooling makes high productivity. Only 3-4min needed to produce a light plate.

6.This machine applies hydraulic pressure transmission, hydraulic ingot stripping, it makes steady running and tight locking.

7.This machine applies two charging ways, automatic pneumatic feeding or fan suction device feeding. Air cooling is at a low cost, energy saving.

8.Electric Appliance Control System and Computer Control System are optional.

9.Inside mold plates are 5mm thickness aluminum sheet coated with Teflon, we will charge extra cost if you need stainless steel sheet.

10. Foam pressure sensor is optional.
