1.The proportion valve & pressure sensor imported from Germany and the Siemens PLC are used to make the feeding, heating, blowing and water cooling control fast, stable, reliable and efficient

 

2.The design of the cooling water pipe makes the water cooling valve react quickly. The mold cavity copper pipe ring design makes the product contact surface wider, cooling more fully, and the product surface more smooth.

 

3.The spray type condenser is used to improve the vacuum condensation ratio by spraying cooling water, so as to improve the vacuum suction efficiency and achieve water cooling as the auxiliary. The vacuum based cooling effect makes the moisture content of the finished products10%.

 

4.The one button mold change system is based on the quick mold change system, and the upgrade time can reach 5 minutes. The labor cost is reduced to the maximum.
